采用硝酸-过氧化氢-氢氟酸混合酸微波消解法消解烟丝样品,以NH4H2PO4为改进剂,氘灯背景校正横向加热石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定铅、镉。方法测试铅、镉的检出限分别为0.735、0.041μg/L,回收率分别为98.81%、92.47%,铅质量浓度范围为3.5～40.0μg/L,镉为0.12～5.0μg/L时相关系数r分别为0.9976、0.9966。方法具有简单、快速、实用性好的优点,可用于实际烟草中铅、镉的测定,结果良好。  相似文献   

Relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetic comparison of two different enteric formulations of omeprazole

In order to comply with the requirements for a drug listed in China, the study was developed to compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of two different enteric formulations of omeprazole (OPZ) in healthy Chinese subjects. A total of 32 volunteers participated in the study. Plasma concentrations were analyzed by nonstereospecific liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) method. After administration of a single 40-mg dose of the two OPZ formulations, the comparative bioavailability was assessed by calculating individual AUC_0−t (the area under the concentration-time curve from time zero to the last measurable concentration), AUC_0−∞ (the area under the concentration-time curve extrapolated to infinity), C _max (the maximum observed concentration), and T _peak (the time to C _max) values of OPZ, 5-hydroxyomeprazole (OH-OPZ), and omeprazole sulfone (OPZ-SFN), respectively. The 90% confidence intervals (CIs) of AUC_0−t , AUC_0−∞, and C _max were 85.4%–99.0%/88.8%–98.6%/87.6%–99.4%, 85.5%–99.2%/89.0%–98.6%/88.5%–101.3%, and 72.3%–87.6%/79.6%–91.1%/88.4%–99.1% for OPZ/OH-OPZ/OPZ-SFN, respectively, and T _peak values did not differ significantly. In this study, the test formulation of OPZ in fasting healthy Chinese male volunteers met the Chinese bioequivalance standard to the reference formulation based on AUC, C _max, and T _peak.  相似文献

提出了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱同时测定铁矿石中Al、Ti、Ca、Mg、V含量的分析方法。样品用HCl、HNO3、HF、HClO4溶解,然后在选定的仪器工作条件下测定。使用基体匹配法来校正基体的干扰。各元素的测定检出限为0.006～0.03μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)为0.6%～4.0%。经国家标准物质验证,测定值与认定值基本相符合。  相似文献   

B2H6分子声子态及声子间耦合的群论分析与Mathematica应用

利用群论和对称性分析的方法研究了具有D3d对称性构型的B2H6分子的声子态及其声子间耦合等问题。研究发现,B2H6存在5种不同的声子态,它们分别具有D3d群下的a1g、a1u、a2u、eg与eu对称性,其中a2u与eu具有红外活性,a1g和eg具有拉曼活性,而a1u是非活性的;在B2H6的声子态中只有eg是活跃的声子态;活跃声子态eg与eg之间的耦合作用将会产生耦合声子态a1g和eg;B2H6分子的电声耦合作用一定会导致B2H6分子发生杨-泰勒畸变,畸变致使B2H6分子从D3d对称性降低到C2h对称性。  相似文献

不同颜色蚕豆的红外光谱研究

蚕豆是世界上第六大食用豆类作物,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。蚕豆常见的颜色有白色和绿色,两者在口感上稍有区别,在经济价值上也不同,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对同一产地同一年份的两种颜色的蚕豆进行光谱研究。结果表明,两种颜色的蚕豆在子叶的吸收峰上有区别。根据红外光谱的谱峰形状和位置,可以判断两种蚕豆的主要化学成分。利用该方法可以快速、简捷地区分两种蚕豆。  相似文献

采用断续流动氢化物发生一原子荧光法测定化学实验室的挥发态汞,试验并优化了分析条件．在确定的最佳测定条件下,汞浓度在0．O—12．0ng／mL浓度范围内与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0．013ng／mL,分析测量值的相对标准偏差（RSD）小于4．3％．测定结果表明,不同操作环境的化学实验室存在着程度不同的汞污染,对师生健康存在潜在威胁,应引起人们的足够重视．  相似文献

以C8051f020单片机作为控制核心,采用热释电红外传感器模块DYP-ME003作为前端探测器,通过SPI协议模式对语音芯片ISD1700进行语音录放功能的精确操控,实现语音门铃录音、播放,报警声录音、播放等。若有人入侵,则通过单片机控制GSM模块按照设置好的号码及信息发送到主人的手机上,达到报警目的。测试结果表明,该系统能真实再现语音效果,运行稳定、可靠。  相似文献   

An analytical approach to detect non-original embellishments on Classic Mimbres vessels

Abstract

Native American Indian Mimbres vessels from the Classic period (AD 1000–1150) are known for their geometric and figurative black designs on a white background. Owing to the growing popularity of Classic Mimbres vessels among collectors, it is believed that a large number of authentic Mimbres vessels have had their original designs embellished to increase their market value. Typically, the embellishments will enhance a simple central design of an authentic Classic Mimbres vessel to a more complex figurative design. A study was carried out by the Harvard Art Museums, in collaboration with the Harvard Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, to investigate the composition of the black, red, and polychrome designs using pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Seven of the 25 vessels examined contained critical passages executed in synthetic modern paint media, indicative of deceptive embellishments.  相似文献
